Quality Control

China Loong Alarm Co., Ltd. applies structured quality control throughout material sourcing, production, assembly, testing, packaging, and shipment. Our controls are designed for a broad range of alarm and detection products used in homes, offices, shops, hotels, warehouses, industrial facilities, vehicles, farms, and other application environments.

Inspection criteria are defined according to product specifications, intended applications, customer requirements, and industry-aligned practices. Particular attention is given to sensing performance, alarm response, electrical safety, communication stability, enclosure quality, labeling, and product consistency.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Incoming components and materials are checked before they are released for production. Inspection scope and sampling methods are determined according to the component type, its function, and its potential effect on finished-product performance.

• Electronic components: Key parameters, model references, appearance, and compatibility are verified against approved specifications.
• Sensing components: Gas, smoke, temperature, humidity, water, pressure, infrared, vibration, and other sensing elements are checked according to applicable product requirements.
• Audible and visual devices: Buzzers, speakers, indicator lights, and warning lamps are examined for correct type, appearance, and functional response.
• Power-related parts: Batteries, charging components, terminals, cables, and power modules are reviewed for specification compliance and physical condition.
• Mechanical materials: Enclosures, buttons, mounting parts, seals, and connectors are inspected for dimensions, fit, finish, and visible defects.

Nonconforming incoming materials are identified and separated to prevent unintended use. Supplier-related issues are recorded and communicated for follow-up when necessary.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Production controls are performed at appropriate stages to help detect variation before final assembly. Work instructions, approved samples, product specifications, and internal inspection standards provide the basis for assembly and inspection activities.

• Assembly verification: Component placement, wiring, polarity, soldering, connector installation, fastening, and enclosure fit are checked during production.
• Process monitoring: Critical settings and operating steps are reviewed to maintain consistency between production batches.
• Intermediate functional checks: Alarm activation, indicator operation, button response, sensor input, and power behavior may be tested at designated stages.
• Communication checks: For networked and mobile-app-compatible alarms, relevant wireless or remote signaling functions are checked subject to the product configuration.
• Traceability control: Production and inspection information is retained according to internal procedures and order requirements.

When an abnormal condition is found, affected items are held for evaluation, correction, rework, or other appropriate disposition. Production resumes after the relevant condition has been reviewed.

3. Finished Product Inspection and Functional Testing

Finished alarms are inspected against the applicable product specification and approved order details. Testing is adapted to the product type, whether it is intended to detect combustible or toxic gas, smoke, intrusion, water leakage, abnormal temperature, pressure, dust concentration, low voltage, or another defined condition.

• Visual and workmanship inspection: Enclosures, displays, indicators, buttons, terminals, labels, and mounting interfaces are checked for correct assembly and acceptable appearance.
• Alarm response testing: Audible, visual, relay, or communication outputs are verified under specified test conditions where applicable.
• Sensor and detector checks: Detection response and relevant operating behavior are evaluated using methods suitable for the individual product specification.
• Power and status verification: Power-on behavior, standby indication, fault prompts, low-voltage warnings, and charging functions are checked when included in the design.
• Configuration review: Product settings, accessories, plugs, interfaces, language options, and customized functions are confirmed against order requirements.
• Dimensional and identification checks: Key dimensions, model information, ratings, markings, and labels are reviewed for consistency with approved documents.

Products that do not meet the defined acceptance criteria are separated from conforming goods and handled through the internal nonconformance process.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Checks

Packaging is reviewed to help protect products during storage and international transportation. Before shipment, the order is checked for product identity, quantity, accessories, documentation, labeling, and packaging condition.

• Product models and configurations are compared with the purchase order and approved specifications.
• Power adapters, mounting hardware, cables, manuals, and other accessories are confirmed where applicable.
• Product labels, inner boxes, outer cartons, and shipping marks are checked for accuracy and legibility.
• Carton condition, product arrangement, cushioning, sealing, and moisture protection are reviewed according to the selected packing method.
• Customer-specific packaging or labeling requirements are verified before the goods are released for dispatch.

5. Feedback, Corrective Action, and Continuous Improvement

China Loong Alarm Co., Ltd. treats customer feedback and production findings as important inputs for quality improvement. Reported issues are reviewed with available order, production, inspection, and application information to identify likely causes and determine appropriate actions.

Corrective measures may include additional inspection, process adjustment, work-instruction updates, supplier follow-up, personnel training, design review, or verification of revised samples. The scope of each action depends on the product, the reported condition, and the technical evidence available.

For customized alarm projects, we encourage customers to provide clear details about the intended environment, target hazard, power supply, communication method, alarm output, installation conditions, packaging, and applicable market requirements. Early technical alignment helps establish practical inspection criteria and supports consistent delivery.
